Jamie started snowboarding when he was 7 years old at Halifax Ski & Snowboard centre. By 9, Jamie could already do front flips & backside 900s. By 13 years old, he was already considered one of the best UK snowboarders.
Since 2009 Jamie has travelled the globe, competing in big air, slopestyle & rail contests. His goals are to film good snowboard video parts, get on the cover of snowboard magazines & achieve the podium at the main competitions.
He finished in 6th place at the Sochi Winter Olympic Games in 2014 & won his first ever World Cup victory in Spindleruv Mlyn, Czech Republic, 2016.
Outside of snowboarding, Jamie is into climbing & skateboarding. When Jamie is at home in the UK he snowboards as much as he can at the snowcentre in Hemel Hempstead & trains at Edge Gyms in Leeds.
